Hybrid Deployment

Not every organization has the time or technical resources to manage a suite of complex systems. Sometimes it just easier to let the vendor undertake the lion’s share of system support. When possible, this model is often provided via “Software as a Service” (SaaS) where all of the infrastructure and even the customer’s data are hosted offsite, usually in the software vendor’s operations centre. For a number of reasons, often data security or location-related system performance issues, the SaaS model isn’t always feasible. In anticipation of this, Kinetix Mobile Solutions has developed a Field Services Management appliance, which can host some modules of our MBLink solutions locally while the rest of the system is hosted and managed remotely.
